Let’s put Lady Gaga in the spotlight this week for Throwback Thursday! Enjoy monsters!
After 95 years, Roseland Ballroom is shutting its doors, but not before Lady Gaga gets a chance to have her way with it.
In an interview with New York’s 92.3 NOW, Gaga revealed one of her fondest memories of the concert hall. One that includes a mosh pit, a broken nose and a fake ID.
According to Mother Monster “the stage is lucite and you can just dance underneath the runways.” All the better to see her get vomited on.
Lady Gaga is a woman torn. She likes the power of being a pop star who can affect change in those around her, but without all the corporate politics. Unless, those corporations can help her spread her message, then she’ll make an exception.
Leave it to Lady Gaga to introduce us to the disgusting act of ‘vomit painting.’ Gross!
Let it never be said that Lady Gaga loses any of her artistic vision in subtlety.
On Sunday (Jan. 5), Gaga took to her social networking site, LittleMonsters.com, to talk directly to her fans about what’s been going on in her life as of late.
This spring, Lady Gaga will be awaiting your applause when she hits the stage in support of her latest album, ARTPOP.
“I can’t wait to bring my tour back to America. We’re going to be announcing it very soon,” she said. “I’m going on tour next year and we’re announcing something in December.”
