Miley Cyrus Addresses her Engagement to Liam Hemsworth

Leave it to Ellen DeGeneres to get all the details!

Miley Cyrus was guesting on The Ellen Show this week when DeGeneres asked her about her engagement ring, which she started wearing again earlier in the year after reuniting with Liam Hemsworth.

“There is a photo that got a lot of attention of your engagement ring,” the host said. “Are you wearing it right now?”

Cyrus then confirmed that she was wearing the diamond ring, to which Ellen said, “Congratulations!”

“This is really weird because this is like real jewelry and most of my jewelry is made out of gummy bears and cotton candy and they don’t look that good together because they kind of mix up, so sometimes I replace it with an actual unicorn or a Looney tune,” the Voice coach explained.

“And he’s kind of like what’s going on?” she added of Hemsworth. “It’s like, well, this isn’t really my aesthetic, but I’ll wear it because you love me.”

“He could have saved a lot of money by giving you like a gummy bear ring,” Ellen joked.

Cyrus (23) and Hemsworth (26) first got engaged in 2012, three years after meeting on the set of their movie, The Last Song.

The following year, the two stars called off their engagement, but they reunited over the holidays last year and have seemingly been inseparable ever since.
