Fans of Dancing with the Stars probably already know that it was Amber Rose who got the boot on last night’s show.
The talk show host performed the Cha-cha with her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy, which earned the pair an impressive score of 28 from the judges, but it wasn’t enough to keep Rose around for another week.
Afterwards, Rose told E! News that she had a feeling she’d be leaving DWTS, and she mentally readied herself so she wouldn’t get emotional.
“Tonight I felt it,” she said. “Tonight I prepared myself, honestly, because if I didn’t prepare myself I would’ve seriously been crying right now … I’m probably going to go to my trailer and cry after this.”
In fact, Chmerkovskiy even said that his partner’s tendency to get emotional was one of the most surprising things he discovered while working with her.
“I’m not really good with a lot of attention. I probably shouldn’t have done this show, but whatever,” she admitted to E!. “I’m just not good with a lot of eyes on me and a lot of ‘Oh, you’re doing great, everything’s good…'”
Still, Rose says she’s coming away from the show feeling good about her time there, if only because she now feels confident about her knowledge of dance.
