Taco Bell is emerging as one of the healthier options when it comes to fast food.
Since product developer Missy Nelson joined the Taco Bell team, she has made major changes by removing all artificial ingredients, using cage-free eggs, and adding lighter options to their menu, FoodBeast.com reports.
All of the menu items have also been reduced with sodium by 15%.
Additionally, their vegetarian menu has been certified by the American Vegetarian Association, and it even features several vegan-friendly options.
