The clip begins with the singer bound to chair with zip ties. He is quickly dispatched by a masked assailant who unceremoniously suffocates him with a plastic bag, symbolically killing his old dreadlocked self, and making way for the new shortly shorn Weeknd.

The new Weeknd then proceeds to destroy the old Weeknd’s apartment, and signifiers of his past success (awards,  platinum plaques), with a giant neon cross. He then jumps into a hot car and takes a joyride with a cat, who transforms into a panther with glowing eyes. Got all that?

The cut is the title track from The Weeknd’s forthcoming studio album which is set to drop on November 25th.
