P. Diddy to Develop Comedy ‘The Hustle’

The life and times of Diddy's assistant gets scripted.

By E. Parker

When P. Diddy says “don’t bother me” in his latest single “Workin,” it’s likely because he was busy putting together his new TV deal.

The Bad Boy rapper has an agreement with ABC to develop a comedy based on the exploits of his former assistant Sarah Snedeker.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the TV series, called The Hustle, will follow “a small-town girl who lands a job working as an assistant to a street-educated billionaire business mogul, where she is instantly thrown into a foreign world of extravagance, debauchery and adventure.”

Jeremy Garelick (The Wedding Ringer) and Stacey Harman (The Goldbergs) are signed on to script the pilot.

Snedeker is currently an executive at Diddy’s Revolt Films.
