Justin Bieber‘s legal woes are hard to keep track of at this point, with the alleged assault on a photographer, the Florida drag-racing DUI case, the fight with Orlando Bloom, the alleged striking of a man with his car, and the egging misdemeanor. And those are just the last couple months. So, sure, why not add an attempted robbery investigation to the pile.
This latest accusation and investigation comes courtesy of adult arcade Dave & Buster’s, where the 20-year-old pop singer was presumably out for an innocent night of Frogger and skee-ball with sometimes-girlfriend Selena Gomez. It was there that a fan allegedly got overzealous with his camera phone pics and video, prompting Biebs to “lunge at they guy in an attempt to presumably take his phone and erase the pics and video,” says TMZ.
The fan wants to press charges on Bieber and law enforcement is reportedly investigating, which wouldn’t be a big deal for most people, except that Bieber is on probation from the egging case. A violation of this probation could land the singer in jail.
Bieber’s camp has no comment yet, but according to the TMZ story, at least he has the fact that he never made contact with the fan in his favor. Certainly more on this to come.
