Drake has reportedly paid a fellow rapper $100,000 for borrowing his lines in a recent rap.

According to TMZ, Rappin’ 4-Tay was paid a hefty sum from the Canadian rapper’ label after the San Francisco native alleged that Drake has stolen lyrics from his 1994 song “Playaz Club.”

The theft in question occurred on YG’s song “Who Do You Love,” on which Drake guests. While the lyrics may not match up completely, certain words and the general flow of Drake’s verse are unmistakably similar or the same as Rappin’ 4-Tay’s original.

For his part, 4-Tay doesn’t seem too upset; according to TMZ, he’s not upset with Drake over the situation. He does, however, seem grateful for the decision, given his Twitter and Facebook posts on the matter since the original story went live.
