Demi Lovato has been a proponent of same-sex marriage for some time now, speaking out in favor of the demise of DOMA and shooting her latest video for “Really Don’t Care” at the Los Angeles Gay Pride Parade.

But now she’s showing her support in a new way for Human Rights Campaign’s Americans for Marriage Equality campaign.

In a video put together by HRC, Lovato expresses her desire to see same-sex marriage legal everywhere.

“I believe that love comes in all different shapes, sizes, and colors,” she says. “Whether you’re LGBT or straight, your love is valid, beautiful, and an incredible gift. So let’s protect love and strengthen the institution of marriage by allowing loving, caring, and committed same-sex couples to legally marry.”
