Two Suspects Arrested In Miley Cyrus Maserati Theft Case
You can’t mess with Miley Cyrus and get away with it!
Late last week, the 21-year-old pop singer’s Hollywood home was burglarized for the second time in under a year when two thieves scaled her fence and made off with her jewelry and her brand new Maserati Quattroporte!
Though Cyrus is currently overseas on her Bangerz Tour, the LAPD have been hard at work searching for the suspects, and after recovering the missing car earlier this week, they have reportedly made two arrests.
According to E! News, the pop star’s Maserati was found on Monday parked on a street in Simi Valley, CA. Then, yesterday, two suspects were taken into custody, having been recognized from surveillance footage captured at Cyrus’s home.
In a statement to US Weekly, an LAPD spokesperson said, “A female and a male were arrested today in relation to this theft case. They are a 21 year old female, Naomi Charles, an LA resident, and Tylor Scott, a 19-year-old male, who is an Arizona resident.”
The two suspects, who are said to have stolen $135,000 worth of Cyrus’s property, are being held on $50,000 bail.
Meanwhile, the “Wrecking Ball” singer has stayed mum on the matter, focusing instead on her concert dates which will take her from Germany to Switzerland to Italy over the next few days.
