It’s no secret that Seth Rogen isn’t a fan of Justin Bieber, but it looks like the funny man has a lot more disdain for the pop star than we previously thought!
A few months after sending a not-so-nice tweet about the Biebs, the Neighbors star elaborated on exactly why he dislikes the 20-year-old singer during an interview with Howard Stern, explaining, “He’s a good example of someone you meet, who you think you’re going to hate, and then you get to hate him as much as you thought. You meet him, and he lives up to every one of your expectations of how you hope he will be.”
Rogen then went on a profanity-filled rant about a time when Bieber asked to meet him backstage at a German talk show and then proceeded to act put-out by having to talk with the actor.
“And it was weird, I was like, ‘Sure, I’ll meet him.’ So I went outside to meet him and he was acting like I asked to meet him. It was very nonchalant, ‘Yo man. Wassup,’ and I was like, ‘What the f***, I don’t give a f*** about, I don’t want to meet you. Don’t act all nonplussed to meet me. I didn’t want to meet you. I was totally cool not meeting you…”
Rogen continued on to say that he put it out of his mind because he knew that the Biebs was basically just a kid at the time, but two years later, he had another bad run-in with the “Confident” singer.
“I saw him again at an MTV awards show and he literally had a snake wrapped around his f*****g wrist that he was wearing as an accouterment,” Rogen remembers, “and I was like, ‘What the f***,’ and I talked to him for like five minutes and I was like, ‘F*** this kid.’ He was trying to be funny with like, ‘Hey this snake.’”
Then, while speaking with Matt Lauer this morning, Rogen dissed Bieber all over again, saying, “None of these people in this room like Justin Bieber. I can guarantee you that…I don’t know anybody who likes Justin Bieber.”
“To me the idea that a grown man doesn’t like Justin Bieber is not a controversial thought. Like, why would I? It would be much weirder if I did like Justin Bieber, to me.”
