Is Britney Spears Being Sued For Breaking A Back-Up Dancer’s Nose?

Britney Spears has been seemingly staying away from drama for quite some time, but her reputation may have just received a smack to the face!

E! News is reporting that a back-up dancer from Spears’s “Work Bitch” music video is suing the 32-year-old pop star for allegedly breaking her nose during the shoot.

Dawn Noel states that the situation occurred last August while she, Spears and other dancers were rehearsing for the video on Woodland Hills, CA and that the singer was apparently in a “disheveled and confused state,” making it hard for her to learn the choreography.

According to The Hollywood Gossip, Noel was standing right next to Spears when she allegedly started to twirl with her arms outstretched in an unbalanced manner, eventually hitting Noel in the face and breaking her nose.

The dancer states that others on set clearly heard the “cracking sound” and that Spears gave her an obligatory apology, but did not stop the rehearsal. Further, Noel alleges that Spears and her camp promised to pay her medical bills, but when they did not follow through, she filed the suit.

E! writes that Noel is suing for “serious physical and emotional damages including disfigurement to her nose as well as severe emotional distress and anxiety,” though reps for Spears have yet to comment on the situation.

Do you think that Dawn Noel’s allegations against Britney Spears are true? Sound off below!
