One Direction Accused of Plagiarism with ‘You and I’ Video

One Direction has been the subject of possible plagiarism in the past, but that’s generally due to the music the boy band puts out itself, not their music videos.

However, that’s what an Australian production company is accusing with the group’s new clip for “You & I”.

According to Entertainment WeeklyAustralia’s OhYeahWow claims the video is suspiciously similar to one the company created for Melbourne synthpop act Clubfeet. In the video, the five guys morph into each other as they walk along a deserted oceanfront pier.
