A new app called Shadow, allows you to record your dreams, track them and even help you find out what they mean. According to Shadow, 95% of dreams are forgotten if not recorded shortly after waking up.  This app works to prevent that by working as an alarm clock, gently waking you up through escalated alarms, transitioning you smoothly from sleeping to being awake.

Once you wake up, the app instantly has you type or speak answers to questions about your dreams while the memories are still fresh in your mind. The longer you use the app, the more info you will be able to record to discover patters in your dreams.
