A California judge sent out an arrest warrant for former Detroit Lions wide receiver Titus Young: He skipped a court appearance for the fourth time on charges of burglary and attempted burglary.
Young’s lawyer doesn’t expect him to be arrested because the court knows where he is.
In May he said he wasn’t guilty of four felonies and seven misdemeanors when he tried to break into a California home. He was also arrested for a DUI and arrested again 15 hours later when he tried to get his car back from a tow yard.
His ex-girlfriend also has a restraining order against him.
Young was released by the Lions in February. He punched a teammate and was sent home. The St. Louis Rams picked him up but cut him 10 days later.
He also punched a teammate when he went to Boise State.
