Facebook To Acquire Photosharing Site Instagram For One Billion Dollars

Time to say goodbye to Vine?

Facebook headquarters had a live conference the afternoon where they just announced that they will be unveiling Instagram’s new video-sharing capabilities, which you can download right now.

This will feature be available for iOS and Android. Instagram CEO Kevin Systrom went on to explained, “Everything we know and love about Instagram, but it moves”. Of course the Instagram video had to differ itself from Vine. The Instagram video will last record for 15 seconds, unlike Vine which allows you to record for 6 seconds. Plus you’ll be able to edit the clips you record by deleting them and re-recording. Systrom also announced that Instagram partnered with an artist to create 13 brand new custom filters specifically for videos! Not only that, this Instagram video has a new feature called “cinema” which is a video stabilization tool.

Okay, now go download it and start recording your food and selfies.
