Some of us frequent travelers complain that airport security is too tight, but apparently all you need is a fake unicorn passport. 9-Year-Old Emily Harris decided to use her toy passport as she went though security at Turkey’s Antalya airport. The passport, with a picture of a pink unicorn, surprisingly got the stamp of approval.
“I didn’t realize until I was putting the passports away,” Emily’s mom Nicky recalled. “There was a moment of panic when I thought someone would come chasing after us, but nothing.”
Emily’s mom says is a worry to any parent, how easy it would be to smuggle a child through customs and to another country. Emily’s passport was a toy that was sold with her stuffed animal. And while the outside of the passport read “European Union, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, ”the inside included a space to play games and document travel adventures.
Apparently unicorns have an all-access pass to Turkey! Read more about her story, HERE!
