Rick Ross Protest Steps To Reebok, Accused Of ‘Promoting Rape’

A women’s rights group called Ultra Violet announced that they will protesting at Reebok’s flagship store in New York City over controversial lyrics by Rick Ross, who has a deal with Reebok.

Because Ross is a spokesperson for Reebok, some concerned individuals and rights groups have taken sneaker company to task for the rappers lyrics. Ultra Violate claims to represent 400,000 men and woman who aim to “combat sexism everywhere,” will present over 71,000 signatures to Reebok urging the sneaker company to drop their association with him.

“In remaining silent, Reebok is using it’s brand to promote rape,” said Nita Chaudhary, co-founder of UltraViolet in a statement.
