Female Kicker To Break The NFL Gender Barrier

As a woman, have you ever wanted to play a major male sport? History will be made in the NFL next month when a woman will be showing up to the NFL kicking tryout . I say it’s about time.

The NFL as approved a guideline allowing women to play in the league.  28 year old college soccer player Lauren Silberman will take advantage of the new NFL rule focused on gender equity.

Although she doesn’t have professional kicking experience, she’ll still make football history by becoming the first woman to participate in the event. Hear what Lauren had to say in an interview with the NFL below:
