While being interviewed for the cover of Vanity Fair, The Hunger Games star, Jennifer Lawrence, kind of stuck her foot in her mouth! Before you freak out, she kind of has a point. She commented about what acting means to her, and how she feels about the profession. She also talked about how she almost killed someone!
Jennifer opened up about a ton of different things when interviewed for Vanity Fair, and the subject of acting came up. When talking about it, she stuck her foot in her mouth by kind of bad mouthing the art of acting.
“Not to sound rude, but [acting] is stupid… Everybody’s like, ‘How can you remain with a level head?’ And I’m like, ‘Why would I ever get cocky? I’m not saving anybody’s life. There are doctors who save lives and firemen who run into burning buildings. I’m making movies. It’s stupid.”
Jennifer also talked about a time that she almost shot someone with the bow and arrow she was training with for The Hunger Games.
“I went to my car and I put this quiver [used in archery] on me and I had my bow and I loaded it and I’m walking up the stairs. And I look, and my patio doors were open, and there were guys working right there, and I was like, ‘Heyyy, how you doin’?'”
