1) DRINK A LOT OF WATER!
The majority of a hangover is dehydration so the best way to fix this is to drink water while you are out. If that is just not something that you will do be sure to drink some water when you get back and the next morning!
2) COCONUT WATER
Coconut water is pretty much a natural Gatorade and it has the five electrolytes you need to fight your hang over!
Eggs are full of many things you need to fight a hangover like cysteine, an amino acid vital!
All though it is not a 100% fix B-Complex vitamins will help the hangover by giving you some energy back!
5) HIT THE GYM
No you’re not actually going to sweating out the shots from the night before but working out will help you hangover by releasing endorphins
Easy enough right!? Since you are out to all hours of the night make sure your body gets the sleep it needs to naturally recharge
