Almost two months ago, Buck and Coop ran across this really cool new program on their iPhones called Rdio. They quickly learned it’s a great way to listen to certain songs, on demand. With over 18 million songs in their database, there is always something to listen to. While it was pretty easy to navigate to begin with, it just got easier! With a ton of great tunes, and with an app that is more user friendly, you should see if your favorite songs are on Rdio!
Thanks to TechCrunch.com, they gave us the low down on the new app for iOS and Android devices. There are some new features that make Rdio more interactive when listening. According to the website, the new “sidebar features various sections like Heavy Rotation, Recent Activity, Top Charts, New Releases, as well as providing access to users’ own music collection, their history, playlists and queue. At the bottom, below the settings, there’s a button to switch on Offline Mode, too.”
While the side bar is one of Coop’s new favorite features, Buck loves how clean and crisp the new lay out is. He thought that the old interface was pretty easy to use, however, it was a bit plain. Now it is just more appealing to his eyes, so he feels that it is easier to use, and certain features that he uses a lot are more apparent in this new version of the app.
If you don’t have Rdio, you can search for the app on your smartphone, or you can go to Rdio.com. Even though you an listen to your favorite songs from the 18 million song library, you can actually listen to Buck and Coop’s favorite songs, too! Just search for their account, @BuckAndCoop!
