We all know that Jessica Simpson gained a lot of weight while she was pregnant… 60 lbs to be exact. Hey, it happens.. you get pregnant, you’re eating for two and get fat! Although when you’re famous it becomes ‘big” news.
Jessica Simpson is now the face of Weight Watchers and credits their point system for her weight lose which she admits wasn’t easy. Her strict diet was filled with a lot of low-fat smoothies, protein, and veggies. This plan that was crafted by Jessica’s former private chef who followed the Weight Watchers point system and then added special homemade menu items like egg white omelets, chicken satays, whipped chick peas, soba noodles, and shrimp skewers.

I’m not sure I could do a strict smoothie diet. I would crave some steak or something! Hey, if it works I suppose it’s worth a try! Now if I could only get a private chef, personal trainer and a nanny to help me out, too!
