To make your week run nice and smooth you must take advantage of your weekend! Here are some tips on how to make that happen!
Schedule an exact time to run your errands. When Friday comes take about ten minutes sit down and make a to do list for everything you want to get done over the weekend! Break it down day-to-day. Do your best to get through this list before Sunday! This way you will have one day completely off.
This next tip is one of the toughest! Stick to your normal schedule if you wake up at 6am during the week do not sleep until noon on the weekends. This is really make your weekly sleeping habits very tough. Also try to keep your eating habits the same. Just because its the weekend do not go crazy and eat and drink everything in sight! Stick to a nice balance diet.
Relax guilt free! The best way to be productive during the week is to make sure you are able to “chill” and relax on the weekend!
