One of the hardest things to do is lose that baby weight and rock a bikini! I know because I’ve had two kids, and well for me it took a lot longer! But when you are a superstar, there’s no time to waste!
Pink graces the cover of the November issue of Shape and she looks amazing!! Pink has always been physically fit, but when she was pregnant she admitted to splurging, which is why she gained 55 pounds! She told the magazine, “I ate a lot of cheesecake during those nine months. Also anything sour, Sour Skittles, Sour Patch Kids, Key Lime Pie.”
So how did Pink lose 55lbs in four months?? Yoga, cardio, and a strict vegan diet, though she did admits to eating chicken and fish occasionally. “Usually I wake up and do an hour of cardio, then an hour of P90X or yoga, then a half-hour of warm-up [during show rehearsal]. I do that six days a week.”
