Feel like my friends are always hitting me up and trying to talk about their ex or complain about a break up…well here are ten ways to get over someone!

1) Strip Your Sheets.

Get all new bedding! Start fresh!

2) Get Sweaty

Go to the gym! Work out do some cardio! Clear your mind…

3) Indulge At The Make Up Counter

I fresh new look makes your feel sexy and attractive!

4) Obsess over the breakup…for 15 minutes.

Obsessing over it is natural and okay but set time aside for it and keep it to 15 minutes!

5) Go on a 30-day cleanse.

No this is not a crazy diet! Go 30 days without any contact to your ex! Its easier to get over it if they are out of sight out of mind

6) Hit Delete

Stalking them will not help! Delete, un-friend, un-follow

7) Let your friends know what you need.

Let your friends know what you want to do.  Do you want to go out or just kick back and relax. Your friends are here for you!

8) Boost your ego.

Doing something a little scary that you’ve never done before—like speed dating,  learning to snowboard etc.

9) Have face time with a furry friend

It has been proven that interaction with animals can help you heal emotionally

10) Take a fabulous trip.

Give yourself sometime to be miserable then go on a trip! It is time for some new scenery
