iPhone 5 Release Date And New Pictures

In usual Apple style, any information on a new iPhone has been kept top secret.  Well, at least they have TRIED to keep things top secret.  They haven’t even officially announced there is a new iPhone coming out, and since they haven’t announced it, there is no real release date for the iPhone.  But after multiple sources have been working hard to get leaked info on the new phone, not only is there a release date, but there are new photos of the phone!

Thanks to TechCrunch.com and i4U.com, there is a confirmed announcement/pre-order date of September 12 for the phone, and a release date of September 21.  Now, I know it seems that the date could be just random, but it isn’t.  TechCrunch.com has confirmed with multiple Verizon employees there is a company wide blackout for vacations. This means NO ONE can take a vacation.

A trusted Verizon employee has just confirmed to TechCrunch that the carrier is having an all-staff vacation blackout from the dates of Friday, September 21 to September 30.

Looks as if Verizon knows how crazy the day will be, so they need as many employees as possible!  Also, this new iPhone looks to be the first “unibody” phone. Here is a cool picture of how it looks (supposedly).
