I am very upfront that I hate working out. Not just dislike, but hate it! With that said, it’s something we all need to do to keep in shape and enjoy a long and healthy life. It’s not that I don’t see a need for it, I just get super bored during it. A few apps I feel into made the whole routine a lot more interesting!
One of my favorites right now is Fitocracy. While I am still trying to figure it out, there is so many cool features within it. It’s basically a social network for getting healthy!
Another cool app is Cardio Trainer. It really adds a little extra to a work out because it not only tracks what you have done, but allows you to set realistic goals!
