“Yeah, I was swimming in a pool with my clothes on at Mardi Gras.” Bam says. That’s it? Okay maybe he wasn’t partying too hard. Just swimming with his clothes on. He was handcuffed at the scene and soaking wet when them took him into custody. Well, I guess we would be expecting more from someone with his reputation. It is unclear what crime he will be charged with… if any.
