Mila shared her adventures in dieting with Glamour UK where she discussed her mandated weight loss for her role in Black Swan. The already svelte actress dropped 20lbs before filming and and said she really had no trouble dropping the pounds, “I believed I could do anything. I never for one moment thought that I couldn’t do it. I believe in hard work. In self-drive and self-worth.”
After Black Swan, Mila continued to shape her body through diet and exercise for her role in Friends with Benefits. Mila worked out 3-5 days a week with a trainer and followed a low-carb diet.
There you have it, Mila says you can lose weight if you want, you just have to want… and have a trainer, and eat a lot of protein.
