Dev is a combo of hip-hop, rhythmic dance and pop. Her influences and taste run across the board. She was taken under the wing of [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]The Cataracs[/lastfm]and with their help, she’s on the verge of becoming a pop phenomenon.  We have one of the first and hottest interviews with music’s rising star.

Her breakthrough came via [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]The Cataracs[/lastfm], when they sampled her song “Booty Bounce” for [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Far East Movemen[/lastfm]’s “Like A G6.” [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Dev[/lastfm] will release her debut album The Night The Sun Came Up on September 20.
