Man Faces Prison For Reading Wife’s Email

Man Faces Prison For Reading Wifes Email

A trial is expected to be held on February 7, 2011 for a Rochester Hills man who could find himself facing prison time. Leon Walker, 33 years old, suspected his now ex-wife was having an affair on him, so he went snooping through her Gmail account. His findings proved him right, that Ciara Walker, his wife at the time, was in fact having a relationship with one of her ex-husbands. She filed for divorce, which was granted early in December. The Oakland County Prosecutor has charged Leon Walker with felony computer misuse, which is a charge that is typically given to prosecute identity theft and stealing trade secrets. So next time you go snooping through anyone’s email, Facebook or other account containing private information, just remember you have been warned.

thats really stupid because she was cheating and if shes lying then of course hes going to go snooping. im pretty sure ANYONE who is married and suspects their spouse cheating would snoop. i honestly wouldnt doubt that even any president, cop, and the person who made this law would snoop too.
