Do you have an iPhone? Do you have a Mac? Is your Mac a little old school and it doesn’t have built-in iSight? If you answered yet to all those questions, then maybe you should consider getting this…
iWebcamera! The world of video chatting may be possible for you thanks to a company called Drahtwerk who invented iWebcamera, which works with Mac OS X. It let’s you use your iPhone (running OS 3.1 or newer) as a wireless external webcam with your Mac. It was originally released as a Windows-only app, but now you can connect using your Mac’s wirless network once you’ve also installed the driver on your hard drive. It has some pretty cool features, including a mode that lets you stop and resume your video chat without exiting the app! Yes! Oh, and for you non-Mac computer owners, it’s also compatible with Windows 7, Vista and XP, and includes a built-in manual to help you out. What more could you ask for? Oh, the price? Only $5! Seriously! Why wouldn’t you try it out?! If you decide to download it and try it out, let me know what you think!!
